Defective Products If you receive a defective product, please report it within 14 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference. Under Malaysian law, we must bear re-delivery costs for defective or materially different items, ensuring they match advertised descriptions.

Exchanges For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item as per our return process. This ensures you receive the correct product without delay. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; contact us for assistance.

Exclusions Some items may be excluded from our return policy, including personalized or custom-made products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Discounted or sale items are eligible for returns unless marked as final sale.

Restocking Fees We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
